Is it glowing? Is it slowing?
One, two, three… dim!
I had my tablet in my hand
Playing games so bright and grand
Tap-tap, swipe-swipe, here we go
Full of light and glow, glow, glow
(SFX: Beep… beep…)
Then I saw it flicker low
Not the way it used to glow
Blink-blink, softer than before
Didn’t shine like that no more
Then it showed me nice and slow…
“I need rest to help me glow”
Nap, nap, nap — time for a nap
Lay it down, no tap-tap-tap
Low, low, low — see that glow
Fading down, nice and slow
Nap, nap, nap — close it down
Turn it off, no more sound
Glow, glow, glow — back it’ll go
After we recharge it slow
So I gently plug it in
Let the charging now begin
No more tapping, nice and still
Quiet time to rest and chill
(SFX: Soft hum… charging…)
Little lights move soft and slow
Waking up the fading glow
Place by place the light comes back
Filling up each tiny track
Does it stop? (No!)
Does it break? (No!)
Does it just need a little break? (Yes!)

Fading down, nice and slow

Turn it off, no more sound

After we recharge it slow
Now it’s resting, tucked away
Saving power for next day
Close your eyes and rest like me
