Old MacDonald's Farm Animals Stolen

Old MacDonald's Farm Animals Stolen

Lyrics

“Well, well, well…” chuckled the raccoon.
“Tonight… I’m going to start my very own farm!”

## [Verse 1 – Lure the Cow]

Old MacDonald had a cow, E-I-E-I-O!
But a sneaky raccoon crept up now, E-I-E-I-O!
With a treat-treat here, and a “this way, dear,”
He waved a crunchy carrot and the cow went MOO!
And she wandered out the gate, E-I-E-I-O!

## [Verse 2 – Lure the Pig]

Old MacDonald had a pig, E-I-E-I-O!
The raccoon’s grin grew twice as big, E-I-E-I-O!
With an apple here, and a “come with me, dear,”
He rolled it down the lane and the pig went OINK!
And he trotted out the gate, E-I-E-I-O!

## [Verse 3 – Lure the Horse]

Old MacDonald had a horse, E-I-E-I-O!
The raccoon changed his sneaky course, E-I-E-I-O!
With some hay-hay here, and a “come with me, dear,”
He shook a golden bundle and the horse went NEIGH!
And he trotted out the gate, E-I-E-I-O!

## [Verse 4 – Lure the Sheep]

Old MacDonald had a sheep, E-I-E-I-O!
The raccoon led her up the steep, E-I-E-I-O!
With some clover here, and a “follow me, dear,”
He held a leafy branch and the sheep went BAA!
And she bounded out the gate, E-I-E-I-O!

## [Bridge – Hopper Wakes]

Then Hopper hopped outside and gasped,
“The farmyard’s looking bare!”
“Hoot! Fly up and take a look—
Is anybody there?”

Hoot spread his wings and soared up high,
Then called from up above:

“The raccoon’s stealing all our animals—
We’ve got to bring them home!”

Hopper looked toward the eastern sky:

“The morning sun is almost here,
The farmer will soon awake!
We’ve got to bring them safely home
Before he sees they’re gone!”

## [Verse 5 – Rescue the Sheep]

Hopper shook a clover crown, E-I-E-I-O!
The sheep came bouncing back around, E-I-E-I-O!
With a “psst-psst here, come with me, dear,”
She skipped along behind him with a BAA!
And she hopped back home again, E-I-E-I-O!
*(And the raccoon marched on… he hadn’t a clue!)*

## [Verse 6 – Rescue the Horse]

Hopper held up fresh sweet hay, E-I-E-I-O!
The horse looked back without delay, E-I-E-I-O!
With a “psst-psst here, come with me, dear,”
He followed Hopper with a happy NEIGH!
And he trotted home again, E-I-E-I-O!
*(Still the raccoon marched on… he hadn’t a clue!)*

## [Verse 7 – Rescue the Pig]

Hopper waved a snack so sweet, E-I-E-I-O!
The pig spun round on little feet, E-I-E-I-O!
With a “psst-psst here, this way, my dear,”
He snuffled after Hopper with an OINK!
And he sneaked back home again, E-I-E-I-O!
*(Oh, that raccoon marched on… he hadn’t a clue!)*

## [Verse 8 – Rescue the Cow]

Hopper crept up soft and slow, E-I-E-I-O!
He showed the cow a treat to go, E-I-E-I-O!
With a “psst-psst here, come with me, dear,”
She turned around with a happy MOO!
And she tiptoed home again, E-I-E-I-O!
*(And STILL that raccoon marched on… without a clue!)*

## [Bridge – Caught Red-Handed]

The raccoon reached his brand-new farm
And shouted, “Hip hooray!”
But every single animal
Had quietly slipped away.

“Where did everybody GO?!”
He spun around surprised.

Then Hopper smiled,
And Hoot flew down,
Just as the morning sun appeared.

## [Outro Chorus – Kindness Wins]

Hopper smiled,

“Next time just ask—
We’ll always share with you.
Friends don’t take what’s not their own,
That’s what good friends do.”

The raccoon rubbed the back of his head.

“I’m sorry… I was wrong.
Can I help around the farm?”

“Of course! Come sing along!”

## [Finale – Sunrise]

*(The farmer steps outside, stretches, and smiles. Every animal is safely back where it belongs.)*

Old MacDonald has his farm,
E-I-E-I-O!
With the cow, the pig,
The horse, the sheep,
E-I-E-I-O!

With a moo-moo here,
An oink-oink there,
A neigh-neigh here,
A baa-baa there,
Here a moo,
There an oink,
Everywhere a happy song!

Hopper laughed,
Hoot flew high,
The raccoon gave a happy sigh!

Old MacDonald has his farm,
E-I-E-I-O!

## [Outro Tag – Kids’ Choir, slowing]

🎵 If you’d like to join the fun,
Just ask before you go.
Old MacDonald’s happy farm…
E-I… E-I… O… 🎵

Old MacDonald had a farm… E-I-E-I-O — but tonight, a sneaky little raccoon has a plan! One by one, he lures the cow, the pig, the horse and the sheep right out the farm gate. Can Hopper the bunny and Hoot the owl sneak all the animals safely back home before sunrise… without the raccoon noticing?
