Jonah sailed a boat on the deep, blue sea,
The storm grew wild and rocked with glee.
Over he tumbled, splash, ker-plop!
A great big whale came with a CHOMP!
Big whale, splash and tail,
Jonah’s swallowed by the whale!
Swish-swish, round we go,
Deep in the ocean to and fro!
Three long days in the whale so wide,
Jonah prayed to God from deep inside.
With a hiccup-blurp and a great big spout,
The whale went whoosh and Jonah popped out!

But he went to the town when the whale was done.
